First, raw material yarn is used in the warping process. This step prepares the yarn for subsequent operations. Then comes the yarn splicing and leading - in stage, where yarns are connected properly to ensure a continuous supply during weaving.

Next is the weaving process, which forms the basic structure of the carpet. After weaving, the backing adhesive process takes place. During this process, materials are fed in (as indicated by "feeding" in the diagram) to apply adhesive to the back of the carpet, providing stability and durability.

Following the backing adhesive, the carpet undergoes the backing lamination process, which further enhances the carpet's structure. Then, it goes through drying and cooling procedures to solidify the adhesive and stabilize the carpet's form.
